We are attentive to the environmental and social issues linked to our activity.
We put people at the heart of our concerns. We promote the professional development of our employees and apply participatory management in order to improve the quality of life at work for the men and women of ITC.
We are constantly seeking to reduce our environmental impact. We use natural rubbers from sustainably managed forests and work to reduce our waste as part of continuous improvement. Furthermore, we participate in research on new rubber formulations containing biosourced and/or recycled raw materials. We are also launching a materials recycling program using a devulcanization process.
