We are delighted to announce that Leticia Pires brilliantly defended her research work on thermal aging of fluorosilicones as part of the FLAMS research project in which ITC participates. Its in-depth study yielded valuable results. These advances significantly enrich our understanding of elastomer formulations, a major asset for demanding applications such as aeronautics, where durability and material performance are paramount.
Stay tuned: the coming weeks promise further progress with the defenses of Alice Corfa and Clémence Logeais, which focus on the synthesis of terpolymers and copolymers, as well as the physical aging of fluorosilicones. Thank you to all the partners of this project for their involvement in innovation on advanced materials.
